Best park so far. I've only been to three but this one is tops. Nice laid back crowd. Great camp sites. Awesome toilets, yes even the pit ones. They had fans sucking air up and out of the pits. Gloriously nonstinky. Very nice full showers in places. You could play some music late if it wasn't too loud. Wonderful experience.
Absolutely beautiful! The trees, trails and wildlife are a sight to behold. It's absolutely huge and breathtaking. The good people at the forest ranger headquarters are friendly and helpful.
Love the park. Great asset to the area. Nice trails.
This park is a wonderful place for a family outing. Has all kinds of things to do, from swimming in the man made swimming area, with diving platform & blow up slide & obstacle course to hiking on nicely marked trails thru the woods, baseball, basketball, soccer area, play area for kids & then you can sit & have your lunch or dinner in a beautiful spot(grills inc). My family & I love it here. There is also a covered picnic area & also a pavilion you can rent by the hour or the whole day.
The New Fane Trail System is a great place to mountain bike. The trails are not too difficult, but do offer a good challenge.
